I am a super fanatic when it comes to keeping up with trends of ways to improve the inside of your house – or as I fondly call it the “internal Facelift”! I LOVE HGTV as well as Houzz App- and its my job to sift through all the information so that I can give you the Easy and Budget friendly tips that I think work really well – if you are getting ready to list your home for sale – or if you just want to have instant gratification by doing these projects yourself!
TALK to the experts— I make friends with my local Home Depot Paint Department and so should you! Tell them what you are thinking of doing – painting your kitchen cabinets is a super easy and budget friendly way to give your kitchen that Pizazzz that it needs! Of course take into consideration the color of your appliances, your surfaces, your floors. Green refrigerator and blue stove – well sorry but they have to go!!! The photo on the right with its bluish tone walls work really well with stainless appliances and light wood floors! A nice grey tone with a bluish hint would have worked. Even an earth tone with a bit of gold! The world is your color oyster! Check out the shelf that started out as white and with that blue paint in background actually looks like artwork! It could be yellow – it could be red! Let your imagination roar!
The Brass Light fixtures are amazing! However I know Brass is expensive and hard to maintain! But it’s the IDEA— Check out Home Depot – Lowes- Target – on line! Sure you can find globes that are reasonable and easier to keep up! IF you want Brass— go for it!!! All it takes is a little imagination and I can totally help you with that!!!
